SUPERNATURAL HAS BEEN OFFICIALLY APPROVED FOR AN EARLY RENEWAL, MEANING – SEASON 10, HERE WE COME!
“As you know, this is the tenth time we’ve gotten that phone call. I will say, it never gets old,” Ackles tells Zap2it with a laugh. “It’s always a very sweet phone call to get. We’re excited.”
Also, according to Ackles, season 9 has shown “some of the highest ratings that we’ve ever had.” So kudos to all you Supernatural fans!
“It’s nice that after nine seasons, instead of sizzling out, it actually seems to be building up speed. I don’t know how that happened, but it happened and we’re happy for it.” (Ackles).
In addition to a new season, the folks at SPN have created another gift for the fan base – a Supernatural spinoff series: “Supernatural: Bloodlines.” On April 29th, Tuesday’s Supernatural episode will open a pilot door for the new series, featuring a whole new cast of characters: a hunter (Ennis Roth), a couple of shape-shifters (David and Margo Hayden), and a pack of werewolves (Violet and Julian Durant).
So CONGRATULATIONS fellow Supernatural fans! This year’s war with Beliebers has certainly been successful as our joint armies of SuperWhoLock and other Fandoms joined together to increase SPN’s rating and renew the show!
